Diet and Exercize

Hi, my name is Kevin and I lost 30 pounds in only one month using the
AT weight loss plan. All you do is consume 5000-6000 calories a day
in any form you want. I usually eat a mixture of Little Debbie snacks,
protein bars, and try for one all you can eat buffet a week. Sound too
good to be true? Well it's not, as long as you carry a 35 lb pack 15
- 20 miles a day!

Wow, Kevin, what a great sense of humor you have! Make sure you make Mr. Devoe laugh at least twice everyday. How long did it take you to adjust to carrying around that much weight on your back?

Hey, Kevin, you are looking great. It's good you lost those 30 pounds to make up for the 35 lb. back pack you have to carry. Lose 5 more and it will be like not even carrying the pack weight. For whoever has the poison ivy, might want to take a Benedryl occasionally to take it away and keep it away. You guys are doing great - keep on trekking!

I need to lose a bit of weight, and I walk one to two miles a day, but I eat. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I guess I need to walk more and munch a little less!
Good to meet you Kevin. I teach, or can be found yelling a lot, right down the hall from Mr. Devoe.

Sup Kevin!!!!! It's the totally awesome Emily H. from Mr. D's class!!! Ugh LITTLE DEBIE SNACKS!!!!!!!!!! You can do better than that!! They have like 500 calories in ONE of them!! No offence but you should eat fruit instead. Or even granola bars because cakes and sugar will make you tired and will slow you down!! But polution is even worse. My sister and I pick up the garbage on the side of the road when we take walks. I'm really pumped that you guys use solar power energy! Keep up the awesome work!!!!

WOW Kevin thats a lot of weight to lose....So if you lost 30 pounds how do you weigh exactly...You should try and eat some more food befor you get really really really skinny...WOW I cant believe you like Little Debbie Snacks..They are so gross.No offence but you should eat fruit and veggies so you can be helthy...

What up, it's Tyler M. Little Debbie needs to lose that much weight. 30 pounds thats a lot. We had a anouncement this morning aout how coal makes lots of polution when it burns up. Lucy is proably tired.

Hey It's Jake you lost 30 pounds, that is a lot. Little Debie snacks are so good. Would you get tired of doing that every day, that is a lot of walking. We learned how coal is very bad to the invirment when it burns. Good luck on your guests.

WOW, Kevin you better stop losing weight befor you get to skinny! EEWW Little Debie Snacks you can totaly do better! Try healthier snacks to give you energy. But guess what's even worse POLUTION! And I'm so happy you use solar power!!!

Hey, its Kailea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I read the announcements this morning with Mike!Wake up call!Anyway I just went to THE M.O.S.T!IT WUZ AWESOME!BWT I hope u know IM NOT BRAGGING.....My fav. part wuz the slide u had to go down wid ur arms acroos ur chest and u went really FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!My other fav. part was the sculpture of a HARRY NOSE...every once in a while it would blow air at u and Mr.D'antonio didnt know that and he jumped it was FUUNY!Im going to SEEBREEZEEEEEEE tommarow......BTW IM NOT BRAGGING AGAIN!!The peeps in leaders club get to go on a trip cuz Mrs.Ploss is awesome enough to take us cuz shes AWESOMELY AWESOME BTW IM NOT BRAGGING ABOUT THE TEACHER AND HOW AWESOME SHE IS! WELL G2G BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII.
